Onsite Wireless

If only I could rate this 0 star’s but can’t. When my iPhone 6 dropped I searched everywhere to find the best deal, then i found this place on here. After a day later of his reply «just for the price» a week after we set up an appointment. We went to Starbucks try to get it fix but the screen he gave me din’t accept my touch ID witch then gave me my current screen then apologize that he had a defected screen and that he wasted my time he said. I said no problem do you know when your going to get more screen he said like in 3 days. 3 days later no reply then I text him did not get a reply later until the week after I send the text, saying the parts were delay. But at the end we did meet up and we meet in the same place again but it was crowded inside we did it in his car everything worked fine., until i went to my car I saw my phone the screen wasn’t on all the way and when I touched my phone it may a slight cracked told him (Again Late reply) He then told me to take a picture witch i did, also noticed my home button wasn’t on all the way and when it was dark in my room i needed my flashlight so i turn it on i could see the light of my phone shining threw the crack. Currently still waiting for the reply while my phone is not even working due to lack of replacement! Don’t go to him for you phone!!! I know their a good review but you shouldn’t jinx your self of him doing that to you.

I called around to other places and they were unresponsive or overpriced! I texted the Onsite wireless number and I got a response back almost immediately. Also, the great thing about Mike is that he’ll meet up with you. He fixed my phone in less than 10mins and he was on time. I don’t have to be embarrassed by my phone’s cracked screen anymore, I’m back in business!
