Worst place ever, took advantage of me while I was having major surgery done (spinal fusion), and I needed my car fixed since I am a car person. They changed the alternator and I need my rear brakes and windshield washer pump fix on my 2006 BMW and next thing you know I am getting warning lights. 2 months it was in and out of the shop non stop. I was frustrated because I needed the car so someone could drive me down to my appointments. 7 weeks after my appointment, I said service soon on my car, so I check the BC computer and it said my rear brakes needs to be replaced after I already paid for it to be done, found out that they never changed it. They clearly took advantage of me because I was sick and my car is a mess with all the oil prints on my beige interior. If you want good service, avoid this place.

Michael D. replied with this statement, «how can you complain when you never paid us for half the work that was done? did you forget about that. Or all the times I didnt charge you for labor. You own a BMW not a Ford. Things are more expensive if you cant afford to own one then you shouldnt».
If I never paid them for the work that was done, how did I get my car back?
All the jobs that were done were all under warranty. So how in the world did I not pay? They even dented my sister’s car which sat there for about 2 months. They admitted to doing it but never fixed it. Now they want to antagonize me and threaten to send a debt collector. I made an honest review, if you did a good job I would of told you you did. You’re final words were we don’t want your business anymore, don’t come back. I had to find another mechanic to fix the ECU you broke on my car. I paid you for all your crappy service weather it was covered with warranty or not. You even lied to me and gave me a receipt charging me for brake services but never even changed them. My car had Progressive Snap Shot on it, it showed when in your possession, the car was driven at around 10pm. Why? You had one of the mechanics borrowed the car home because he didn’t have a car and he reached speeds of 77 mph at one point. The car had a monitor in it and records are online. It showed how many hard braking he did, and I had to call and tell the insurance company that it’s currently at the shop so it wasn’t my doing. Bully me all you want, I wrote an honest review, like it or not. What those affording a car has to do with anything? I bought the car didn’t I, obviously I had the money. I just didn’t like getting robbed by crooks. You’re just a punk, I even had the decency to tell you that you forgot to lock your doors when I went over one night and even called Luis about it because I didn’t want you guys to get things stolen because I thought you were good people. I was wrong. Don’t be so butt hurt cause you did a shitty job and I called you out. You don’t scare me bro. We walked away peacefully, don’t make it a legal matter. This is a Unilocal review, don’t make it any worst.
