History

Established in 2005.

D’Alessandro & Wright, LLC (D&W) is the merger of two distinct, successful and growing legal practices. The principals together have more than 30 years of combined experience in all facets of legal representation.

D&W was formed as a direct result of each of the principals’ primary goal to provide their clients with continued personal service as well as supplementing that service with strong negotiation and litigation options.

By combining our resources D&W has emerged as a truly full service law firm which allows us the ability to meet all of the legal challenges and issues our clients may face throughout the changes of their lives. Jules J. D’Alessandro, Esq. is a fierce advocate for the injured and those oppressed by insurance company and corporate greed. As the co-​founder and senior litigation partner at D’Alessandro & Wright, Mr. D’Alessandro is responsible for all civil litigation; Jury trials, Mediation and Arbitration of Personal Injury and Business litigation matters at D&W. Mr. D’Alessandro has earned an AV® Rating by Martindale-​Hubbell®, the highest possible rating for ethics and legal skill.

Mr. D’Alessandro is a lifelong Rhode Island resident. A graduate from LaSalle Academy and a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. D’Alessandro received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school in Denver Mr. D’Alessandro gained critical insight and knowledge of catastrophic injury a as well as mass disaster and products liability litigation while working for a Denver law firm.
