This is the kind of shop My Mother will love –oodles of flowy dresses and blouses by Komarov, comfey undergarments, and accessories for days. Me? Not so much. There is a tong of merch in this store, but not a thing played to my 32-year-old tastes. This is a shop for the ladies of the East Side, looking for something slightly less boring than what Talbot’s may offer, but every bit as tasteful. The store itself could use some serious updates — flouresent lighting and grey carpeting never make white walls look any more exciting, ladies. Also, the display cases are all those awful glass and chrome things. With an update and some great signage, I can see this place doing well in Wayland Square.
