Terrible company to deal with… the customer definitely comes last… after trying for 6 days to get my leaking water heater replaced, I went to another company… they responded in one day… I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail… I sent an email to the «mregan» email address on the website… they don’t even have the decency to respond or acknowledge it… terrible experience

Got a call to reschedule my annual burner cleaning. I simply asked why they were rescheduling it. The lady on the other end of the phone copped a really bad attitude with me and said that people that have no heat come first. She added an that people with medical conditions also come first if they have no heat. That’s all well and good in the middle of the winter. December, January, February. But this is in the beginning of October 56 degrees out and raining. The other thing that I found that was odd is they had 6 days to catch up on there «no heat customers «. Now I am very skeptical if I have a burner problem sometime in the future and it is the winter. They can’t handle a simple Berner and tune up in October how can they handle real emergencies when winter comes.

Rude and condescending manager (albeit kind and courteous service folks). I will never give them another penny and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for service.

Had Regan A/​C give me an estimate for central air conditioning. I gave them the model numbers of the Rheem air handler and compressor I wanted installed. A salesman came over the house and wrote up the estimate. He wanted me to sign the contract then and there. When I looked over the contract, I saw that he switched the model numbers I had given him to a less expensive single stage unit. This company is not trustworthy.

This would be 3 and half stars if I could give that.
It was the beginning of December and we had been told that our heating system was unsafe and would need to be replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and a few of them got back to me, but Regan was the most professional and prompt.
Bruno arrived at my house right on schedule to perform the initial estimate process and talked me through the different options for replacing the system. A few days later I called back to schedule the service. They fit me in right away which was great because it was a big job and we were without heat.
The job was completed on schedule and the technicians I met were all very nice and professional. They did a nice job cleaning up (we had vents cut into our ceiling and walls) although they didn’t put a door back on that had been taken off, but that wasn’t a big deal.
I was grateful that they were able to complete the job on schedule and I felt the pricing was fair. Things that I would change: I had to ask to get the estimate in writing — it wasn’t a problem but I think that should be a standard practice. Regan also handles the processing for rebates if you are eligible for one, which was explained but sort of vaguely to me. I had to call to follow up and make sure the process was completed.
Overall, I felt the service was very good and I would definitely use them again for future service needs.

What a class act company! If you are looking for the best in heating and air conditioning service and quality, look no further! Reagan is superb! We used them to install a brand new heating and air conditioning system. They showed up with five guys and had everything installed, cleaned up and running by mid day. It was truly unbelievable to see. They do not mess around, they get the job done timely and accurately.

$ 7000 and ten visits later and my air conditioner still doesn’t work properly. Oh and whoever runs the billing department has rebilled us repeatedly for stuff we already paid for. Thanks for the hot summer.

We had some issues with our heating system in our new house. I called Regan Heating and Air Conditioning on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Friday at 8:30am.
Peter from Regan arrived at my house exactly at 8:30am on Friday morning. He quickly dealt with the problems and explained me the issues with my heating system. Although the systems only need a little tweeking, Peter looked over everything to make sure there was no bigger issues lurking.
In the end, he explained the heating system is working properly and may just be hard to handle conditioning the age of the system itself and the house. He also gave me some helpful insights into upgrading the thermostats.
Of note, I have a friendly beagle at home. Peter was more than considerate of her and her extra friendliness. There was not need to lock her up as he was great dealing with her. His best line was, as he pet her, «I would much rather have a friendly dog than a not-​so-​friendly one. She’s fine.»
Bottom line: I highly recommend Regan Heating and Air Conditioning for your next heating or AC problem. They are easy to schedule with, on time, and do a great job.
