I used this limo service for my sons wedding in Oct 2014. It was clean, timely, the driver was pleasant. We really enjoyed this service.

I used this service last weekend for my birthday… I have to say I was very disappointed
The driver showed up 20 min late, the back of the limo was freezing and he didn’t know how to turn on the lights or music in the back for over 10 minutes. Not to mention couldn’t open one of the doors in the back bc it kept sticking. The driver didn’t introduce himself until after reaching our first destination. He wasn’t familiar with where we were going and taking crazy routes and turns. As much of a convenience as taking a car was, I was disappointed with the service itself.
