I was literally YELLING in happiness when I saw my car. It is/​was truly UNbelievable what a great job these guys did! My car looks absolutely brand spanking new… and it was GROSS! This place is just a little different from other body shops! They are very nice but they don’t respect customer’s expectations. Their pricing is about %30 more than other places and I was fine because the quality of job is much more important for me.
I provided them with a list of jobs that I was expecting them to do and the supervisor told me they would definitely can get it done and paid in full. However, they brought the car back without completing what I asked them. I contacted the supervisor to let him know. Surprisingly, he asked for more money to get the job done!!! If you wanna go to this place, I highly recommend do not pay until they get the job done completely!

I recently got the inside of my 10-​year old Honda Civic seriously dirty. I ran in a mud-​run, then got caught in a downpour, and without thinking jumped into my car without putting down a towel or anything to protect my fabric seats. For a few days it was a moist and increasingly smelly mess.
I’ve also never really cleaned the inside of my car. I regularly pick up any stray food wrappers or bottles to recycle, but I’ve never vacuumed or wiped down the inside.
After the muddy mess, I brought my car to Veneton to have the seat cleaned. When I got my car back two hours later, it looked like when I drove it out of the dealership, 10 years and 160,000 miles ago. My husband texted me when he saw the car a few hours later because he couldn’t believe how good it looked. And they even washed the outside of the car and organized my mess of a trunk, even though that was outside the bounds of what I requested/​paid for.
They also dropped me off at my door after I dropped off my car (they had offered to come pick it up or drop it off, too) so that I wouldn’t waste time walking.
Great work, and really friendly staff! If I ever need this type of service again, I’ll definitely go back. And I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I received a gift certificate from my boyfriend and decided to use it yesterday. I have not had any of my cars detailed for many years mainly because I am very picky and had one bad experience.
I figured I’d give Veneton a try and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I got a complete detail which included a wax and complete inside detail as well. When I went to pick my car up the owner was there to show me to my car and go over everything they did and also to make recommendations on how to keep my car’s interior and exterior in pristine condition.
My car looked like it did the day I bought it! You could tell there was great attention to detail as everything was so clean and gleaming! I have found my new place and highly, highly recommend this place! Especially if you’re a perfectionist ;)

People who work there are great. Really nice people but my car was scratched there. Actually I went there twice because I had to get tint redone. One window is still not perfect but I can’t risk any more damage. The first time, my car came back with razor blade like scratches on the window which I didn’t really say anything cuz I didn’t realize it till I came home. The 2nd time while waiting for a retint, which I thought both windows were gonna be done, the owner showed me some scratches on the car. He showed me one right near where he was working but it didn’t look to bad because there was soapy water all over it so I didn’t think anything of it. When I saw it after it was clearly a huge scratch through the clear coat and paint! I know it wasn’t there before as I am very particular with my car. Plus I was sitting in the parking lot for 15 min because I was early and I was just staring at my car. I definitely would have noticed it. But what am I going to do now? It’s definately a scratch that needs body work and it’s right on the drivers side so I have to see it every time I get in the car. So I had to go there twice and now have one window that still has tint imperfections, a couple of razor blade scratches in my window and a deep scratch in the body! Like I said, they are nice people but that only goes so far.

These guys did my 3M clear bra on all my cars. Alejandro is an artist when it comes to detailing. Not worried at all about any rock chips, highly recommended!
