My staff f is incredibly knowledgeable and will do what ever is in their power to answer any and all questions and ensure you, the customer has the best kite flying expirence possible!»

The worst customer service ever. Snotty nose teenagers with I don’t care about you attitudes. Brought my 7 year old to tears upon not letting him return an 11 dollar item which was false advertising as to what it really does. This after spending 3 visits there to the tune of at least 100 dollars. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

They sure pack a lot of kites in this little store! Reasonable prices, great selection, what more can you ask for? I’m not a professional kite fly-​er or anything, but for a weekend at the beach it’s a great resource.
