This business was started in 1990 by the Rawle family to provide quality locksmith services to all of Utah County. ARCO’s biggest goal is to operate a locksmith company with friendly, honest, and dependable technicians that customers could always rely on. The ARCO staff works hard daily to provide quality service at reasonable prices.

I have worked in the security alarm and locksmith industry for over 10 years. I am a licensed general contractor and have worked in home building with a publicly-​traded national homebuilder as a Project Manager and also in the home warranty industry as a Director of Contractor Relations. I am a graduate of the BYU Marriott School and enjoy spending time in the outdoors and with my wife and 4 kids.
