When we formed our entity we have had Robinson Seiler and Anderson help us with our original operating agreement which was 5 years ago and more recently when we went through a buy out of one of the partners at GroFire they helped us again. They have always been very professional and responsive and helped us navigate the terms of the buy out. And you may never hear this again about a law firm but when we got the bill I was pleasantly surprised at how fair and reasonable it was. I knew what the rate was and expected higher billable hours. Great firm and will return whenever I have future business legal needs.

I had their team help me with my companies operating agreement. The process was very easy. I have worked with other attorneys, but this experience was by far the best. They helped us develop a great plan for our business and I am grateful for the help they provided.
