WOW the truck pictures looks right, but you must have the wrong guy San Diego guy. Because BILL AND MARY SAVED OUR MONTEREY VACATION. They arrived promptly as scheduled and Bill started diagnosing our electrical problems right away while Mary did the paperwork pronto! Turned out is was just a loose connection that shorted out our whole DC system! Would have taken a place like camping world all day to figure out the problem and cost us twice as much in addition to pulling out and driving 75 miles there! Not only that they were delightfully friendly and professional. Thanks again Mary and Bill,

Had Bill install a cooling unit on my RV refrigerator, my worst mistake !!! He showed up not feeling well, took a break every 15 minutes while charging me $ 105. Per hour. Dropped my refrigerator twice, we had to help him remove the old unit cuz he couldn’t. He made a mess in the fridge with the sealer he used, he didn’t clean it up ! So we had to, he also tried to leave without running a test on it to make sure it worked. After arguing with him about it he finally did, on electric mode. Two days later we went camping only to find out if didn’t work on propane. Called him on Monday, he refused to come out to look at it, he finally agreed to only if I agreed to pay him for a service call ! I went out and inspected the unit and found he had left the power lead disconnected ! Called to cancel the service call only to find his wife saying he refused to come to the phone ! I will never call him again and wouldn’t recommend him to fix a flat on a tricycle ! Do your self a favor and call a competent repair man ! NEVER AGAIN !!!
