I had what turned out to be a huge root blockage in my pipes. The first younger gentalman that was sent scared the heck out of as we believed the line was broken. As a company was has been in business many many years, sent out a seasoned employee for a second opinion, who I believe name is shawn. I hope. If I got the name wrong I apologise, however, he was able to follow the line in my back yard by some «old school» techniques. Needless to say, he got the blockage out, cleaned the lines and saved the day! Maybe the seasoned employees should teach these whipper snappers the old school tricks of the trade. Thank you all again! I will definitely recommend your more seasoned employees to anyone!
