Do Drop Inn offers a full menu which consists of breakfast, salads, wraps, sandwiches, pizza, and several entrees. Do Drop also offers a lunch buffet Mon-​Fri from 11:00am til 2:00pm and dinner buffet every evening from 5:00pm til 9:00pm. The buffet consists of the famous pizza, pasta and salad all for $ 7.99. Do Drop Inn is now specializing in catering. We cater weddings, birthdays, graduations and many other types of events.

History

Established in 1977.

Do Drop Inn has been voted Pueblo’s favorite pizza year after year. We have 31 years of experience in making homemade pizza. Our unique crust is baked in brick ovens with homemade pizza sauce and thick cheese. The restaurant provides a great atmosphere with a turn of the century bar from the old Santa Fe Trail and pictures of Pueblo in the early 1900s.

Meet the Business Owner

Donna M.

Business Owner

Donna was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. She and her late husband started the restaurant 31 years ago. She came up with the famous Do Drop crust recipe remembering a sweet bread served for communion in Catholic school. A recipe from God she claims. The restaurant started out small and in 1993 she renovated an old two story building. In 2000 her manager Hoss, and son Adam became partners in a second location in Pueblo West.
