Went to have dinner here tonight and was really disappointed! all three lettuce choices were limp & soggy, the girl working was careles, our dirty dishes sat on our table until we left. The cup I had for water had lemon seeds stuck on the bottom of the inside and I know they weren’t mine because I didn’t have lemon! nasty and overall a bad experience. I would have asked for a refund but the girl was just never around. this was a slow night too. save your $ 8 a person and buy lettuce from the store. oh and on a side note stay far away from the 90s school lunch pizza they serve it’s horrible

Dirty, salad bar spoons, floor, ice cream machine and restrooms. No toilet paper and the guy replacing the salad bar items was rude to my Mother. She asked for ranch dressing and it took him 20 minutes to bring it out. Then he decided to turn around and sit on the serving line. Used to be my favorite place, not anymore. The baked potatoes weren’t even done.

I was incredibly disappointed in this place, after reading their online menu I was looking forward to salad options, but there was barely any healthy, vegan friendly choices for salad additives, they were out of spinach and had very little fruit which was very disappointing since they advertise strawberries and oranges online The staff was also completely clueless, we had to repeat our questions multiple times. I will never visit this chain again. Vegans stay away this place is very limited, I would have better luck at a damn subway.

If you’ve been to Sweet Tomatoes you will be super disappointed with this restaurant! Brown lettuce, burnt baked potatoes, inedible pizza and cafeteria type atmosphere! Friendly service though!

I come to Pueblo once a year for work. I was happy to find the Souper Salad last night. I checked out their website before hand to help identify which items would work for my vegan diet. The staff were very friendly and explained their buffet system to me. Every time I returned to my table the staff had brought me a new drink. I wish they had a location on the south side of town too.

While I’m not the biggest fan of the Souper Salad fare, I have been here several times. For what it purports to be, it does well. Lots of parking and a pleasant atmosphere. I give it 5 stars because they do well at what they seek to do, not necessarily because it’s for me.

A little hard to find, in a strip mall on the north side in the Tinseltown parking lot, near Walmart. The prices are very reasonable, the soup and salad choices are plentiful, salads are fresh, and hot items include pizza, breads, pasta, and tacos… There is ice cream, shortcake, and pudding, as well as melon for dessert. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the area is clean and comfortable. There is a senior discount also. Dinner for two $ 15 or less…

Souper Salad is a great business model. They provide a salad bar and soups for the light eater and taco and pizza bars for those with heartier appetites, and everything for one low price($ 7 for adults, $ 5 for kids). A good salad bar is a smart family dining choice, as kids pick what they want and still eat healthy. We found the salad bar at the Pueblo Souper Salad especially well maintained. And the chicken enchilada soup was divine. And make sure to treat yourself for desert to the chocolate pudding with marshmallows and Oreo cookies mixed in.

Nice serene strip mall type deal. Good soup and great cookies. Also while you do get your own plates the service is fantastic. For real
