Keller Williams Peace River Partners

After spending $ 10,000 on a deposit for a seasonal rental for 2016 season, with another approx $ 5000 due by 11÷27÷15, I decided for this amount of $, I could purchase a home. So, I informed the agency of my decision and selected one of their realtors.
I purchased a home in Sept, 2015 through Keller Williams. I was partially refunded my deposit, less a $ 1000 cancellation fee.
As I cancelled 5 months prior to the rental agreement, the seasonal rental was rented to someone else & I purchased a home through this agency, I feel I am entitled to more of a refund. I concede that there was paperwork involved and a few emails exchanged. I’m not seeking the full $ 1000, but after numerous requests to the broker, Bill Perrault, the broker, via email, the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General’s office (who referred me to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Mr. Perrault’s refusal justification is that the rental division is different from the sales division. Yet, he is the broker of the entire agency.
Mr. Bill Perrault, initially deferred me back to the rental agent. She (Florence Galparin) then referred me back to hiim. This has been going on since July. I would think it would be easier to appease me slightly, would it not?
I’ve tried to remain professional, but have tried to get him to respond via Facebook, but he’s rarely on there. Unilocal was my last resort, so this doesn’t happen to other, loyal customers. There’s a realtor on every corner. I could have gone with a family member, friend or referral, but I stayed with the company (Keller Williams Peace River), as I felt slightly bad for cancelling (albeit 5 months in advance). Please note: the original rental agreement STILL would not have commenced as of today’s date and again, they’ve re-​rented the property.
I guess Keller Williams would rather have a bad review than retain a loyal customer who will be purchasing more properties.
