Our business specializes in traditional medical transcription, no voice recognition, no electronic medical records. We make the doctors and nurses we work hand in hand with, feel like people again, not just a number. We specialize in Urology, GI, Pain Management, GU, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, Pathology, Hematology, General Medicine and much, much more.

History

Established in 2014.

As a long time transcriber, I worked for a small company based in New York who helped instill the value of our clients. For many years, they trained me, taught me that our clients were people with needs, feelings, thoughts and preferences until, unfortunately, they closed. I attempted to work for one of the larger companies in order to make ends meet. I tried to transition to the voice recognition and electronic medical documentation, but all too often I would hear, the client will say this, but you do this instead. It went against everything I had ever known and eventually I asked why and was told simply, because that’s how this business works. I decided then and there, I could not see our clients as a number, I could not all of a sudden stop caring if what I produced was what THEY, the client wanted. I left that company and decided to start my own so that we could put our clients FIRST again, make them human again and their satisfaction our top priority.

Determined to bring the human element back into the medical field by proudly standing up for her belief that we are not just a number, but people who deserve to be seen and heard when it comes to their needs instead of viewing someone as just money in the bank.
