The firm concentrates in the defense for driving while intoxicated (including DMV refusal hearings), criminal law including traffic, violations, misdemeanors, and felonies, real estate closings from refinances to house closings and landlord tenant evictions, family law including divorce, and plaintiff personal injury work. The firm has represented clients in in New York’s Putnam, Westchester, and Dutchess County Justice, City, family, County, and Supreme Courts. Both Mr. Silverman, and Mr. Zarcone are admitted in the Southern and Eastern Districts for the United States Federal Courts as well. We pride ourselves on a big city approach to our files while giving our clients a small Town one on one approach to each case. An attorney is available in most cases for appointments outside of the normal business hours with ample notice to our office and counsel is usually available in legal emergencies twenty four (24) hours a day especially for criminal matters.

History

Established in 1994.

Firm has been in the general practice of law in New York’s upper Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties handling matters from the local Justice Courts through Supreme and Federal. Currently, Laurence A. Silverman, Esq. is the firm’s «of counsel» with over forty three (43) years of criminal law and litigation experience. He is a former Lt. Col. (retired), is AV rated by Martindall Hubell, is a former Westchester County Assistant District Attorney, Legal Aid, and is one of the committee members for the «18B» assignment panel in Westchester County. The firm’s handles matters including but not limited to traffic infractions, driving while intoxicated, drug Court, and Judicial Diversion, and all criminal matters from unclassified misdemeanors up and through A-​1 felonies, real estate closings, family law, and plaintiff’s personal injury work.
