Nannies have First Aid and CPR training and are very carefully screened. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe time for your child or children. Your nanny will come directly to you at your hotel, condo or residence. The nanny will come with enthusiasm, aloha and a bag of age-​appropriate activities. Established in 1991.

The Nanny Connection is Maui’s longest serving nanny agency providing short term, qualified nannies and babysitters to enhance your family vacation. We are the island’s only nanny agency holding prestigious memberships with the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) and the International Nanny Association (INA). We are also a member of the Better Business Bureau, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and the Maui Chamber of Commerce. Our nannies are experienced, carefully screened, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid certified, and strive to create a caring, safe, and fun environment for your children.

The role of a nanny is very near and dear to my heart. I worked as a private nanny for many years in Colorado while studying Early Childhood Education at Front Range Community College and Psychology at The University of Colorado, Boulder. I started with The Nanny Connection in 2005 as a full time nanny before transitioning into the office. In 2009 I took over the day to day operations and in 2010 Christine and I formed our business partnership. Now as a mother, I sincerely value the magnitude a child care provider plays in the lives of a family. It truly takes a village and I am honored and inspired as a co-​owner with Christine by our one of a kind family – The Nanny Connection, Inc. Our focus will never shift away from what is most important to us all, the children our nannies provide care for and the families who use our service.
