I have had multiple things framed here in custom framing. It used to be really good until I had a poor customer service situation today. Overall, greeted with «what do you need» and «we can’t do that» type attitude, it was not what I expected. I left after the lady helping me said «no one can do that for you.»

We were in the market for some large frames, but we didn’t need anything too expensive or fancy, and we weren’t having a lot of luck finding what we needed. After shopping around a bit, we drove out here to see what we could find. Luckily for us, we were there on the last day of a pretty decent sale, and we were able to find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. The selection was pretty impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly, it’s a bit of a drive for us, but next framing project, I’m going to be sure to come back here.

Okay, I used to work here as a framer and «design specialist» (which basically meant I helped middle aged housewives pick out their mat and frame for their newest Thomas Kinkade print… ugh). It is a really good store at this location. There is always a sale — you can find a high quality, good frame and for preservation techniques they are the best trained in the business. I love the canvas/​frame penny sale, which is where you buy a canvas/​frame for full price and get another for just a penny! What?! Is that even real?

A great framing shop and picture frame store. Aaron Bros. has been on the hill for a while and have proven themselves to be very reliable framers. I’ve had many pieces framed by them and have never been disappointed! The staff here is friendly and very willing to go the extra mile when helping you pick out your frames and matte boards.
