Johnny’s Bar & Grill

My husband and I have made this our go to bar. We love Johnny’s bar, Johnny and the bartenders. They make everyone feel welcome and it’s just a great atmosphere.

Nice comfortable little bar. Friendly Customers And Mellow Atmosphere. It doesn’t hurt that my girl us a ten and the others are 6 ’ s at best. We really enjoy ourselves every time (almost) weve gone.

I’ve been coming here for some pool playing and good times and that’s exactly what happens here. The crowd is low key and the bartender Shanelle is a super cool chick! Come here if your looking to have some good fun and make some friends. Have never had an issue here. Can’t comment on the food because I’ve yet to eat here. Give it a go folks!

I came here awhile back for one of my coworkers for his birthday. We worked near the area and he wanted to get a few drinks, so this was the closest bar in the area. It looks like a typical Puyallup neighbourhood dive bar from the outside, but is nicer on the inside. I didn’t expect much, and we chose this place just based on proximity.
We went mid-​day, a couple hours prior to when Happy Hour starts, so it was basically dead, the clientele that was there seemed nice. There was a dude shooting pool, there was a trucker there hitting on the bartender and the bartender looked uncomfortable but stayed friendly throughout.
The place was much cleaner than I expected, and there were games and billiards to keep people entertained.
Service from that 1 bartender working was good, she was polite and fast to get our food and drinks out. The food was edible but nothing comparable to nicer bars in the area like Crockett. Everything was well priced though. My coworker ordered a few different types of Crown whiskey and they had them all, and the bar looked like they had a good selection. If I worked in the area I’d probably go back again, grab a drink and shoot some pool.

I went there last Friday about 8pm in search of food and a few drinks after a long work day. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. I ordered a Philly with fries and it was better than I expected; not really grease and not to dry.
The crowd was small at first but begin to increase as the night went on. The customers were enjoying the place and it didn’t seem to be clicky.
I would recommend Johnny’s to anyone looking for good food and great drinks.

I walk the trail behind Johnny’s daily. I had to take a dump one day so i went in to use the toilet. The first thing I noticed was it smelled like someone had been rearranging flowers in there, at least until I was done, and then it smelled like someone had dropped a big ol’ stink bomb off in there! I came back two days later to drop off another bomb and there was a big huge sign on the front door that read, «Bathrooms for paying customers only». So I bought some .50 cent chips and dropped off another bomb in the crapper. Outside the toilets being great, the service was great and the food was too. The owner looks like that guy that sings «Gangnum Style» and is really nice. Five stars for sure!!!

Great Drinks. Not as clean that I like a place to eat food at. Fish n Chips were cold. Bathrooms not wheelchair accessible, reason for low rating.
