This store is awful! I’ve never recieved good service from these rude, lazy, and ridiculous employees but now I’m just done. My sister and I were at this mall together. I was with my five year old and she had her 6, 5 and 1 year old with her. I was several steps ahead of her due to her stopping at the quarter machines for her kids. As I was walking in, I could hear the employee mumbling under her breath to her co-worker«No! Not a kid» and they shared a laugh together. I let it go, thinking I had misheard when next thing I know I hear her saying«Keep going… keep going… ah! There’s more of them»! I turned around to see my sister entering the store with her children. Look, I get that sometimes kids go crazy and can be a nuisance, but dont talk crap about your customers or make rude remarks when there is even the POSSIBILITY they can hear you. Anyway, I told my sister. We laughed at how stupid they were and left. Got a great dress at Torrid that day. I returned about a week later(sans kid) to look for bras(the only reason I have my Lane Bryant card) and found some I liked. One particular bra I wanted was sold out in my size so the lady told me to bring up one of another size so the cashier can match and order me the correct size to be delivered to my home. The lady went through the motions, verified mailing address, charged me, bagged the bras I purchased and sent me on my way. Fast forward a couple days later and I’m going through the bag taking the tags off to be washed and what do I find? The wrong size bra I brought up as an example only. I call the store and they confirm that the bra was never ordered. The manager offeres me to come in and they will exchange and 2 day ship the bra I want. I go in and alas, the bra I wanted is no longer in stock online either. I say ok to a different version of the bra and am told it would be to my house in 2 days(Friday). Friday comes and goes. No bra. I call Saturday(giving one extra day) and inform them I haven’t recieved it. I speak with Jen H. and she calls to figure out why. Apparently, we ordered at 1:35 and cut off for 2 day delivery is 1:30. So I get to wait the weekend as well. This store is a joke. Unprofessional with no idea of what’s going on. Don’t shop at this location. Go to Tacoma mall.

I went into this Lane Bryant to pick up a online order that was shipped to the store. The cashiers literally argued with each other infront of me about who was going to go to the back of the store to find it and bring it out. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to their day. I am used to visiting the Olympia Lane Bryant which always has amazing customer service I thought this store would of been the same. Boy was I wrong next time ill just travel the extra distance to Olympia. The only reason this rating got two stars is because of the product itself. I love all of Lane Bryants clothes just the customer service really sucked here.

I stopped in awhile ago just to browse their clearance/on sale items and found a couple tops(which I ended up returning yday since I found better tops at f21) and I got suckered into getting my bra sized. They’re currently having their buy 2 get 2 free deal and one customer swore its the BEST bras she’s ever worn! I’m not a bra expert, but the girl measured and found me my size and bam! I felt like my life was complete. Who knew I was wearing the wrong size this whole time. Staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. They don’t hover or pressure you.

I went into this store to purchase some gifts ans was not expecting great service, boy was I surprised! Meghan assisted me with all of the purchases, made suggestions, and was very patient. She understood what I was looking for and did not pressure me to purchase. She was amazing. It was a great experience and great customer service! Thanks again!
