Great customer service and the best price’s in town. I had a new deck and four speakers installed. They took just as long as Best Buy but cost a quarter of the price.

Came here to ask for a quote and the Korean guy, some stuff he saying was hard to understand. He was such in a rush that when he went in the back I flew back his card. So fucken unprofessional. Screw this place. Maybe he didn’t have his morning tea.

Please stay away! They used some sort of glue on my back window and it looks absolutely horrendous all bubbly and bad… When I took the car back in to see if they could fix it he said that all he can do is press it with his little tool that did absolutely nothing. I asked him if I had any options to get it fixed he said no. So now i’m stuck with an ugly tint job on my new car.
Also they used some sort of soap that stains the panels in the car a bit. They didn’t even have the courtesy to clean after themselves.

It’s always nice to find a guy who knows his $#!+, and shin (jin) does. He is an expert at tinting and knows car audio well.
He has had a few helpers in the past, and their work can be iffy, so make sure you get the owner.
He has squeezed me in last minute numerous times, worked past closing, and even worked on Sundays when he’s normally closed. All to make sure I got taken care of.
He’s done many of my vehicles (tint) and I will continue to take my vehicles there.
Note: he does not do windshields.
He does take a bit longer, which is a good thing. he wants it to be perfect. Price is average to low. He uses Johnson films, which are very high quality and have a lifetime warranty.

So this summer has been unusually warm. Strike that. Its been surface of the sun hot. And leather magnified under un-​tinted auto glass warms quickly to the point of burning the underside and inner thigh of short-​wearing poseurs such as myself… so a solution at a reasonable price was in order. This is where MAGIC THE AUTO GATHERING was called in… I like that better than just Magic Auto but there’s probably some copyright or trademark restriction and a gang of lawyers waiting to pounce on some unsuspecting small business owner trying to make a decent living installing stereos and tinting windows. So he just went with MAGIC AUTO. Fine.
The price was fair. If you want the executive level it costs a bit more. If you want 95% blackout windows — you can get it, but the ticket is on you. I was thinking that’s what I needed — midnight inside, noon outside — however intelligence prevailed and I went with something a little closer to legal yet not too close to it that you can tell that it may or may not be illegal but might confuse you… just like I have here! mwahhahah.
The shop did my work in an hour, after a quick quote over the phone that the owner stuck to. My car was done then QA’d by the boss who noticed something a little out of whack on the side window — called the tech back and made him redo it on the spot, no questions no complaints.
I’ll go back — I need some other work done. I like both the workers and the prices. To the guy who said his kid got ripped off… first, write your own review for your own work! Second, go down with your kid if you think he still needs parental guidance and supervision… sounds like 51% of the problem.

We called to see about an auto start the guy on the phone was very rude and we could not understand half of what he said apparently he did not want my business. WHAT A JERK!

I should have known to stay away from a company that advertises on Craigslist, but went there anyway. They entice you with cheap price to get you in the door then up-​price everything adding one thing after another to drive up the price.
One week after installing a stereo the rear speakers were no longer working, wanting to put a new pair in any way we decided to replace them. After replacing the rear speakers with new ones, they too did not work. Concerned the Korean man who installed the stereo deck did not properly secure wires I had my son and his friend bring the car back in to have him check his work.
My son and his friend both in high school asked the Korean man who installed the deck to check the wiring; he refused asking for additional payment of $ 100 to even look the deck. Without looking said the amp was blown and no longer working because we messed up the install of the new speaker (once again trying to up-​price and sell a new amp).
My son and his friend went to Car Toys in Puyallup and after a free check was informed the factory wiring job from the amp was the issue, easy fix cheap, no $ 100 and not a new amp!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, you have been warned!

Went in on a quiet Sunday afternoon to inquire about front window tinting on my new car. The technician wasn’t busy so he did it right there while I waited and watched. Excellent installer, very careful and meticulous using Johnson window tinting film. Cost $ 60 plus tax! Wow what a great deal.
