I had an appointment today where I was told a specialist would be at my rental between 1 – 2 to spray. At 2:10 when no one had showed I called the office. I was told by the receptionist that she could not get ahold of the manager and she asked me when I would like her to have him call back. I reminded her that I had gotten child care for my son and was sitting at my rental property waiting so I needed a call back right away. 3 hours later at closing time for the business I called back and this time the receptionist told me that the manager was helping someone else and would call me back shortly. After another 30 min I still have not received a call back. I cannot believe how negligent this company is. I was fairly upset when the appointment was missed without a call but now I am extremely frustrated that I wasted my day and can’t even receive the courtesy of a phone call to explain the missed appointment. I will not be using this company ever again.
