This Subway has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, especially the older woman. She constantly complains about their menu, the fact she has to chop salads now, what we are ordering, she mixes up the computer system, charged me double once. its awful. The only reason we kept going back was because I work three blocks away. For the price of Subway now, I will honestly just go elsewhere. I can have my food messed up at any fast food place and the service is atrocious. When I called to speak to the manager today… I rang twice at two different parts of the day and got no answer. Try to google and get no where.

It appears they raised the prices and lowered the amount of meat they put on their subs. I mentioned that the to employee who told me a lot of people have been saying that. For the price, quality and quantity I’ll be going to Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes from now on. This is the last straw with subway, they are getting too expensive for a sub that is barely better than that of a elementary school lunch. A long gone, very distant ex-subway customer…
