I have been in the computer /​technology field for over 20 years.

I strive to provide the best possible customer service to my clients. I feel this is always my biggest priority. The amount of comments I receive from my customers regarding customer service shows that this being a priority is critical.

On top of being able to provide quality customer service is to provide quality support to my customers quickly and at a low cost. Technology can get expensive especially for small businesses. I want to provide support to those businesses so they can feel like they can continue to succeed without going bankrupt and provide their dedicated service to their customers.
