Tom’s Help Desk is a full service IT company serving over 3000 small businesses and homes with personalized IT support since 2005. We have stores in Quakertown, PA and Skippack/​Harleysville, PA. Our goal is to be your personal help desk for computer solutions, repairs, networking and sales.

Business Owner

Tom Merrick, the founder of Tom’s Help Desk, graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992 and has been working on computers ever since. With over 23 years of professional Information Technology experience, he has worked on Commodore 64’s through Apple MacIntosh’s to the latest multi-​core processors. In fact, Tom still owns the Timex Sinclair that he used to write his first computer program. Tom is a member of the Quakertown Tip Club, a business networking group, is the President of the board of directors at the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and is the current leader of the Skippack Business Owners Association.
