I rarely write reviews but I felt like I should in this instance. I’m not sure the name of the girl who helped me she had blonde hair. She was not very helpful at all. My ex and I have been customers with sprint for quite awhile. I went in to this store to get some help with my phone that had recently needed to be replaced. She helped me make the claim and then printed out a paper for me to fill out and either scan and send or fax into the insurance company to receive a replacement device. She then told me that I would have to go drive down the road to staples to get it faxed because there was nothing more she could help me with. I’ve been in that store before and I’ve seen other employees help with making sure things like that got handled in the store. She was very snobby I felt. I will not be going to this store in the future. I felt like I could have gotten way better serve considering I pay a pretty penny each month. Again it was only this girl that I have had an issue with. But one bad apple can ruin it for the rest at times. I’d rather go to the one in Gilbert and know I will receive excellent service.

While I would give Sprint as a whole 1 star, this store gets 5 stars. They were fast — even on a weekend! Both reps went above and beyond to get my old phone paid off, new phone set up, etc. They answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. I’ve visited other stores and always feel like they’re rushing me out.

NOSTARS. Do not switch to Sprint. They lie about everything. EVERYTHING. The coverage is NOT what the map says in store or online. It’s absolute GARBAGE and the lady that sold us is ZERO help. Basically this is how it went: Us: This phone doesn’t work anywhere in Queen Creek Sprint: Sucks to be you, but at least we got your money suckers. We are switching back to Verizon. That whole cut your bill in ½ was a load of garbage too. Absolute joke. I will never do business with Sprint again. Ever. I think it would have been less painful to stab myself in the eye than what I went through today. Uhhhhggg. STAYAWAYFROMSPRINT. If I even just get through to ONE of you I’ll feel accomplished.

Worst sales tactics I’ve ever came across, and even worse customer service. Came in to ask about a screen protector and was told that I qualified for a promotion for a FREE tablet with a 2 year service agreement. But I get the 1st full year FREE. Sounds great right? Well I can’t blame Sprint for how bad the Pixi 7 is, but then I noticed a bunch extra fees on my bill… Picking it up Feb 3rd and coming back to return it Feb 17th, I was told I could not return it because it had been more than 14 days because they decided to activate it on the 1st and not call me to come pick it up until the 3rd… Somehow that counted in the return policy. So then I call corporate to dispute the problem and I find out that they actually signed me up for a 2 year contract with NOFREEYEAR… Not to mention an activation charge… And still could not return the tablet. Also, that the original promotion they offered me actually expired a week before they even offered it to me. After threatening to contact Better Business Bureau, Sprint Corporate Customer Service offered me less data but 14 free months which I accepted since I am in the Military and don’t have time to start working with BBB. I liked Sprint up until today. I’ve never had a problem with any other store, only this one. If you decide to do business here make sure you don’t believe a word they say. False promises and shady business practices are their specialty.

After spending a lot of time trying to activate a phone on line I came into the store frustrated and short on time. After waiting for our turn I found out that they could not help me from the Sprint store. Holly kindly gave us the instructions we needed to fix and the problem and gave us her phone number in case of further problems. I went home and still had no luck, frustrated again, I called her on the phone. She was very courteous and walked me through every step until my phone was activated and she even made sure to do the test calls. Holly helped not only by being patient but by taking the time to walk me through every step. Without her I would have been a very frustrated and angry customer. Thank you for your good customer service and for satisfying a long time customer!

This store is horrible! I’ve been a Sprint customer for almost 10 years, this is hands down the worst service I have even received. I’ve been in the store several different times hoping maybe the personnel that works there would be better each time, it just keeps getting worse. The last time I went in the store to find out what I needed to do in order to exchange my phone under the insurance I had with Sprint. I was told the insurance didn’t cover«Physical or liquid damage» and if I wanted to replace my phone((I have an old 4s)) it would cost me over $ 500 ! Are you serious? I called customer service, found out what I knew to be true. The insurance did cover physical damage and it would cost me $ 100(deductible) to replace my phone. If I would have listened to the rep’s @ the store, I would have wasted $ 400 !

Understaffed and very slow. Choose wisely when you come to this location or you may waste a lot of time standing around for nothing.

I would recommend my friends to come to this Sprint store. They don’t have techs for warranty issues but helped me troubleshoot my phone. Will not go to another Sprint unless I need to warranty my phone ;)
