When we moved into our new house Chad came out to a heck of a mess we had a totally green pool our pump was trashed he drained it, scrubbed it, fixed the pump was very professional, knowledgeable about his job and was an all around nice guy I’m glad we got him as our pool tech would highly recommend him to anyone he will not disappoint

I cannot speak for his service and skill since I have been unable to get him to come to my home in Chandler to quote my repair. My issue is not critical and my system is not down so I had time and I let him know that. We played phone and email tag for several weeks and then when I tried to secure an onsite visit to make sure that the quote was real and I would not have any cost surprises, he just stopped responding. If you are not interested in my business then please just tell me so and don’t leave your potential customers hanging in the lurch.

After paying for a tile cleaning job, which is very pricey, the lime scale came back a few weeks later (less than one month). We were told we needed to drain our pool and pay to have the cleaning done again. 1) we were told he would drain half of the water and everything should be fine 2) why didn’t he check our hardness before the cleaning. He didn’t apologize or try to help fix anything just recommended paying for another tile clean.

Phenomenal company! Chad is personable, and definitely knows what he’s talking about. Aside from his weekly visits, he also quickly responded to a pump problem we recently had! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provide, and would recommend them to anyone!

We built our pool last year and were first time pool owners. Since we are in a new development with lots of construction and dirt lots, we were told by a few pool companies, that our pool would never look good until the development was finished. Then I met Chad Johnson and our pool looks beautiful every day!!! It’s easy owning a pool now, Chad does such a wonderful job. He comes weekly, Chad brushes down the interior, adds chemicals if necessary and cleans the baskets and filters. We have an attached jacuzzi, so we are in the water all year long. I love being a pool owner and am so thankful that Chad takes care of it for me!

I’ve been a fan of this pool service since before the name changed. I can always rely on our pool guy Chad to keep our pool crystal clear even though I am pretty far from his normal service area. (I’m in Mesa.)
Recently though, I was having a lot of trouble with a new vacuum purchased from my old pool service company. Chad explained the pros and cons of the pressure vac that I had versus a suction vac. I decided to convert my system to suction, and the job was done the following week on my normal service day. The new system works great and looks awesome too. I can definitely say that he gave me a feeling of confidence as far as what I was getting for my money.

The service I received was Inconceivably Stupendous to say the least ! I highly recommend Wild Coyote. (Chad) was the best, Very informative and patient.
