If I could, I would give this company 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment for my church at 11 am on Saturday. We sat ther for 2 hours waiting and they NEVER SHOWED up! I called to see what the issue was, they claimed they did not have the address…
1. How do you confirm an appointment without writing down the address that you asked me for during the booking call?
2. If for some reason you lost it (unprofessional), why not call?
So we gave them the address AGAIN and they PROMISED to be there in 45 mins. We are located 10 minutes from their office. Guess what, THEY NEVER SHOWED or bothered to call!
Save yourself the trouble and use another company!

I would highly recomend them. The job was done well and they were quick. They even cleaned up quite well. They had the best price. Ask for Ceasar he is very friendly.

Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I found they flyer for $ 29.95 to clean chimney but when I called them for estimate the guy Sezar found so many problems with my chimney and the roof and made me believe that I have to change it for new. Stay away from them, they never on time… High prices and unprofessional job.
