A&P Cleaning Services

I’ve hired to do a cleaning in my house with A&P Cleaning Services a month ago and the service they provided was top-​notch. We scheduled an appointment that was best fitting for my schedule and they were willing to nudge to accommodate. They were ON TIME and brought in their own cleaning supplies. We scheduled to do a service for 2 hours but it extended it to 3 and they discounted our prices despite the extra hour. The cleaner’s supervisor was also involved to make sure all of the areas I requested for cleaning were fully covered. It was comforting to know that not only was a cleaner there but a supervisor double checking and making sure it the cleaning is thoroughly done. They also made sure we were satisfied with our cleaning before they had left. I was extremely impressed with the cleaner they hired as they touched and cleaned areas that I have not touched. They really clean those hard to reach areas that not even I have touched. I noticed a huge difference the minute my kitchen was cleaned. The company was also very professional in following up with the cleaning. I am definitely reaching out to them again. Best part is they are also extremely affordable! My apartment became more lively and vibrant after the cleaning. I would recommend you try it out :)

I was very disappointed with this service. The prices were great and customer service leading up to my appointment were excellent. I’ve had cleaning services in the past, so I am fully aware of what to expect from a good cleaning service. At first glance, it seemed that the cleaner was doing a pretty good job, raising all my blinds to clean the windows, sweeping the floor, making the bed etc. However, upon further inspection after he left I noticed my place was still a mess. The bed had been «made» but sheets had not been changed, despite my leaving a clean set of sheets on the bed. My kitchen floor was barely mopped, there were dirt and stains all over the floor. My counter tops were not wiped down, my dining room table was also not wiped down, my stove top was not wiped down, the front door stove dirty and stained, microwave dirty — these are simple things that should be included in a standard cleaning service, not asking for anything above and beyond here! I messaged the company immediately with photos of the dirty floor and stove and was told they were sorry and that they would offer me $ 10 off my NEXT cleaning service which they would do a «deep clean» next time rather than a regular. I replied that I felt that was unacceptable, as I just spent $ 75 to have my apt cleaned and now would have to clean it myself. They never responded to my last message. They should have returned to my apt to clean it properly or offer me a partial refund of some sort, as I clearly did not get what I paid for! Best part of all of this, is that the cleaner left me his business card before he left and when I looked at it, it stated he was the owner!!! I am appalled at this level of service and the lack of good customer service once they received their money!

Well folks I’m back with another 5 star review!!! I know, I know it had been awhile and people have told me «you should really write your next review» so here it is!
Let me just say this in caps A&P CLEANING SERVICES IS THE ANSWER TO ALL THESE OTHER CLEANING SERVICES… PERIOD (This company doesn’t need those two applications to survive) Seriously from start to finish this cleaning service literally gets the job done no matter how messy/​or dirty any house can get! From puppy stains to the late night get-​together you couldn’t quite get to cleaning up because you were hung over that day, trust me they can make your house spotless!
When the cleaning crew came to my house they did deep cleaning around my entire house and I gotta say I was more than impressed with their techniques of cleaning an apt. When they were finished with cleaning my apt the final smell was simply orgasmic! It was as if I was moving into my apt for the first time! And it only took a couple of hours! (to me that’s fast for a three bedroom apt).
