We are a full service animal hospital and will take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. Mahmoud Elbasty is experienced in all types of conditions and treatments. They are a rip off. The tech there has major attutude chastising me because I brough in my pure breed kitten for first visit… asking why a pure breed when so many shelters have cats for adoption! Totally inappropriate and rude. Will not go back.

I came here to have my daughters hamster looked at. After waiting over a half an hour, some sort of Dr came out and abruptly told me the vet who sees hamsters wasn’t there and I had to come back tomorrow. So I asked why I was given an appt for today, she said I don’t know. It was a simple wound that either needed an antibiotic or not. Even I knew that. But this woman was rude and said she wasn’t any good with hamsters, and I had to come back tomorrow. Yea like that was going to happen. I left and found another vet that took us in right away. They were very professional, POLITE, and very caring about our needs. They will be getting a very fond review from me. Zero stars for this place.

BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!!! They are not caring of animals or of the owners either. I took my dog here to get a small bump on his back checked out. They took him to the back room and told me to go get an estimate from the front desk. I literally waited 2 mins for the rude girl in the front to give me the price for the surgery and lab work. She charged me about 1,000 and I told her no it’s a lot of money for that kind of surgery. She went to the doctor and told him. He called me in and changed the price like trying to sell me a «product» and I said no. Then he simply says «I already put him to sleep with the anesthesia». What kind of clinic is this!!! If I could I would give this 0 stars. My poor dog had to stay there for about 3 hours. I didn’t pay a dime bc he kept apologizing to me over and over. The receptionist got «fired» and she told me. It’s all BS. Im sure she still works here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!

They are very caring and passionate about their work. My dog needed surgery and they worked with me to help me be able to afford this surgery. However, they are not punctual people when it comes to opening up their practice. I was told to come in at 8 to pick up my dog and 40 minutes later the gate is still down with employees waiting to be led inside. Great place — just don’t expect to come in early.

Honestly, the only reason I go here is because it’s the conveniently close. This place is a complete rip off! I ended up paying a grand just to have my dog tested. I went in and the girl was extremely rude and gave attitude throughout the whole visit. My advice is to go the distance and find another clinic please don’t take your pets here.
