Apple Eco-Friendly Cleaning

Great service. Took a job on Short notice, and on an unconventional day (NYE). Raymundo and Marcelina arrived, had a short convo and got right down to it. They totally went above and beyond my expectations to be honest. Pricing is fair, and not only is your home left looking spotless, but the smell is amazing too.

My husband and I are very pleased with everything! Great communication when being informed about services and pricing. I really enjoy their use of eco-​friendly products.
Miguel showed up on time and paid attention to all the details. He was hard-​working and left our apartment spotless and smelling fresh. Thank you so much!

This cooperative does a fantastic job of getting the dirt out. Not only were they nice, but they used green products that actually WORKED. The last time I hired a «green» cleaner, the place was only marginally less filthy than when they’d arrived. These guys are thorough, nice, and my place now smells lemony fresh. They’re a cooperative so they’re owner operated, which (I think) makes them hustle harder. I actually felt a little guilty at how hard they worked. They’re well worth the price and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I was excited to book a deep cleaning with this company. I heard great things about them from my neighborhood listserve. My team (Maria & Placida) arrived right on time. They started in the kitchen and then moved through the rest of the apartment. I love the natural cleaning products they use.
At first I liked the work they did. They cleaned the inside of my frig and freezer, washed windows and cabinets. It wasn’t until I went to put dinner in the oven that I realized they did not clean the inside of the stove at all. I went to their website and sure enough under services it clearly states that the inside of the oven is included with a deep clean. I thought it was just an oversight. I called the company and left a message, but didn’t receive a response so I called again.
I was told that cleaning the inside of the stove is extra. I pointed out it was listed on the website under deep clean and was told that the info on the website is incorrect. Really? They charge $ 180 to deep clean a 1 bedroom apartment but the inside of the oven isn’t included? Have someone update your website for goodness sake or at the very least be prepared to deliver the services listed.
I wanted to book a regular monthly cleaning with this company but honestly, I don’t think I“ll use them again.

At first my GF and I were skeptical of the price for the initial deep cleaning from Apple Eco-​cleaning, but by the time our house cleaner Miguel was through both our jaws were on the what is now incredibly clean floor. He worked for almost a full day, turning down our attempts to buy him food, and has seriously made our apartment look brand new. We’re talking polishing-​the-​magnets-​on-​our-​fridge level of care here. We in fact no longer wear slippers around the apartment in fear of tracking the old dirt back in. My GF has a very sensitive nose and can’t bear most store-​bought candles and scents; she didn’t have a single problem with the cleaning fluids that were used.
On top of it all, it doesn’t hurt that Miguel was courteous, professional, and generally great to work with. This is also a women’s run cleaning co-​op; even more icing on the cake. We’ve never used a cleaning service before, and decided to go with Apple Eco-​cleaning as our first choice due to the reviews. We WILL be going back again.
Seriously, nothing I’ve said was hyperbolic; my GF and I’s experience was that ridiculously good. You want a top-​of-​the-​line cleaning service? Here it is.

I had a hard time finding a reliable team to help degrease some cabinets and make an older place feel clean. Miguel and Maria showed up right on time, which in my book is a very good sign. They did an incredible job! The place smells fantastic (I chose lavendar). It’s an older place so it’s hard for it to «look» clean, but I know they really scrubbed the hard to reach spots and lifted a lot of the dirt and grime. They were super thorough!
I would absolutely recommend them to someone else. I will mostly like use them again! Great stuff!

my fiancé and i decided it was time to give our place a deep cleaning because we’re too lazy to do it ourselves. now… we’re adults and all that but we have 3 cats, full time jobs, and no kids (hurray dual income!). miguel and maria came in and made the place sparkle. they cleaned every surface. dusted and even folded our ridiculously messy clothing piles. they arranged things intelligently — definitely smarter than how we had it set up. they even wiped the bottom of my mouse and the keyboard that i am writing this review with. worth every penny.

They did an amazing job with our very dirty apartment. We had the deep clean and it was incredible! The difference between before and after was really dramatic. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great job at a totally reasonable price for the kind of work they do.

I booked a deep cleaning for a 3 bedroom apartment. I had some reservations about paying the extra cost for the deep cleaning instead of the regular cleaning, but it was worth every penny.
I live with two other young professionals. Our apartment was not «dirty» by any stretch, but it looks like a show room now. So whether your place is actually dirty, or you want your apartment to go from «okay» to perfect, give Apple a call. Great customer service, very nice employees, and a GREAT end result.

I was recommend to use Apple by a friend. I thought I kept a clean apartment until the ladies came in and showed me the light. Prices are totally reasonable and scheduling has been easy. They make their own non-​toxic cleaning supplies, which smells wonderful. Besides making my apartment look brand new, they have a great back story. They are a woman run worker’s collective that got profiled in the Times:

I’ve used to buy those LivingSocial /​Groupon package cleaning deals but none of the cleaners (both eco-​friendly or regular) were as good. They are super detail oriented and even take smaller jobs: I have them do a bathroom-​only cleaning once a month. Prices are just as reasonable (if not more so) than any of those so-​called-​daily-​deals. I also love that the company is run by the women themselves. We are totally dazzled by Apple Eco-​Friendly Cleaning. The homemade organic products are wonderful and smell great. Maria & Miguel are very friendly and lovely to deal with, and their attention to detail is impeccable. Our house is spotless! We will definitely be using these guys again.

Highly recommend this service! I love that they are a women-​worker-​owned co-​op too! Awesome. I was way impressed with the job they did.
This service was recommended by a friend of mine 2 years ago and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to jump on board. The only thing two things could have been better would be to (1) leave chocolate on my pillow :) and (2) unclog my slow going bathtub drain (neither of which is cleaning)– okay, and a third more realistic cleaning-​centric one mentioned below.
I got the basic service for my 2 bedroom. I was quoted a price that seemed fair enough (with a first time user discount = bonus). 3 women (!?) showed up right on time and stayed for 5.5 hours. I’m no longer afraid to use my medicine cabinet! My kitchen has never looked cleaner and the 14 windowsills in my apartment are actually ALL CLEAN for the first time in I can’t say how long! At one point I walked past my bedroom and the cover was off my bed and one of the women was dusting my sheets?! What?!
You have to provide a few things (vacuum, bucket, mop, step stool, garbage bags) and if they had provided these items I would give 5 stars (mostly because I wish they had a higher powered vacuum /​better vacuum than I do and I did have to go out and buy a step stool and new mop) but I love that they make their own green products– and esp that I don’t need to provide them (in the past when I’ve hired someone I’ve had eyes rolled at me when I ask to use my green cleaning products and been argued with about how they don’t work).
All in all, great service and I’ll be recommending them to friends.

I signed up for a deep clean package at the recommendation of a friend. The two ladies arrived promptly at 9am, and didn’t leave until about 2.45pm — during their marathon session, they did everything from move furniture and rugs to cleaning inside the fridge and microwave. My bathroom sparkles. They even found a tiny gold bracelet I thought I’d lost forever, such was their thoroughness. Highly recommended. Have signed up for a regular (basic) clean on an ongoing basis.
