Amazing experience! Just what you need when you aren’t feeling well, to get seen in and out. Super helpful and friendly front staff. Did not bog me down with paperwork and got me in to see the doctor promptly.
The doctor was knowledgable and friendly. Prescription was called into my pharmacy before I even left.

I had a great experience at Middle Village urgent care, the front desk staff was attentive and thorough. I had the pleasure of being seen by PA Komal who was a joy to work with. She was patient, very understanding, help me remain calm and attended to my specific needs.
It’s not every day you get to be treated by such a wonderful Physicians Assistant such as PA Komal. I feel very grateful and blessed to have been attended to by PA Komal. Thank you very much for your help and care.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The entire staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. I got a severe allergic reaction to something at my boyfriends family party. I’ve never had any allergies in my entire life so I wasn’t sure what caused it. My boyfriends aunt is a nurse so she gave me Benadryl and suggested I see a doctor ASAP to determine what I was allergic to. The next day I came here, as my regular doctor wasn’t available. When I got there I explained to the receptionist why I was here. To be diagnosed for my allergy & treated. She said alright that’s no problem, so I filled out the required paperwork & paid the copayment and waited. I was called in after 15 minutes. A male doctor came in and I explained to him my situation. He said he would tell the doctor and she would be in shortly. I waited about 40 MINUTES FOR THIS DOCTOR. Unacceptable! The female doctor walks in and I explain my situation to her. She proceeded look at my skin for 5 seconds before telling me there was she can do. Then she went to tell me how her husband had an allergic reaction way worse than mine once. That was completely unprofessional and rude! I was fuming. I demanded my copayment back since they made me for so long to look at me for 5 seconds & tell me there was nothing they can do?! I understand what they meant they can’t diagnose what exactly I was allergic to but they should of told me right away when I explained to the front desk why I was there. Waste of time & money. the lady at the front desk even tried to lie and say I didn’t tell her why I was there and she had no idea what services the doctors offer. Bullshit. I wouldn’t ever suggest coming here.

My 18 yr old daughter was dehydrated and in pain. I ran from work googled the nearest Urgent Care and rushed here.
Front desk staff is a total dream. Comforting, reassuring, and sympathetic, they even gave her a pan because she was nauseous before even taking her info. After all the paperwork was signed and copay taken we were greeted by the medical assistant who took her vitals. The doctor came in and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY!

Unprofessional. When you enter the office the clerk told me everything is electronic. They want you to sign several times but do not tell you what you are signing for. There are no paper copies printed of what you signed for. The front desk clerk turned out to be the nurse and made several unprofessional comments which were meant to be jokes. I guess. The «doctor» never introduced herself and I am pretty sure she was a P.A. While I am familiar with clinicians who do not have a warm bedside manner, she took things to another level. I waited for a discharge paper to have aftercare instructions and a copy with the doctors i.d. # and name. The desk clerk was abrupt and rude and said to us what are you waiting for. No discharge papers were given. Sketchy.

Visited facility for medical attention was checked by nurse1 and questioned by nurse2 as to why i was present and explained my illness who then instructed me to tell the doctor about my illness. within 30 minutes i was then escorted by nurse1 into examination room who took my blood pressure and asked again my reason for being there i informed the nurse again my reason chest pain, coughing, fever, chills, congestion, headache, light headed, sinus pressure. i also expressed my concerns about my glucose levels and wanted to check my sugar nurse informed me she would tell doctor. Nurse returns with a nebulizer treatment puts on my head over my face and leaves room so alone i am with my treatment 5 mins later doctor walks in tells me to inhale and exhale once each and walks out room estimated time 20 secs. Once again alone in the room treatment is finally done and still left alone with machine running treatment all done i decided to inform them, when i opened the door doctor was sitting on his phone and seemed annoyed that i poked my head out informed him that treatment was done and was told again doctor still sitting on his phone «Just shut the machine off!» I’m sorry but I’m not familiar with this machine and although it might seem common sense for others to turn on and off this machine to me it was foreign and i was afraid to break it but because i was instructed by doctor i was forced to figure it out. So again sitting alone in the room about 10 mins doctor returns opens door tells me he just gave me (medicine name) and go pick up a refill and if you don’t it can turn into bronchitis all of which was a couple of secs convo NO DIAGNOSIS doctor then leaves room and sits back down back on phone. i gather my belongings again alone in the room and exit feeling uneasy because I’m leaving exactly how i came in not knowing whats wrong with me how to take the prescription, whats its treating. before walking out i ask the nurse I’m sorry but what exactly is wrong with me? «he didn’t tell you» NO «oh you have a virus» like the flu? «no» like a bacterial infection? «no like a virus, like you can have it and give to me and i can give to you» so nurse does what i ask which is to ask to doctor who is still sitting down on his phone suddenly he’s annoyed storms up out his chair and opens the door and begins to raise his voice at me «i told you whats wrong with you» i then reply I’m sorry but is there any reason why you have to be so arrogant and rude to me when i ask whats wrong with me. «i told you whats wrong with you in the room» and shuts door and sits back on chair. i continue to talk to the nurse which annoys him because she’s apologizing for him and even refused to give me his name he bangs on the window and yells at her call 911 she’s refusing to leave the facility. he then opens door to general area which I’m standing in and gives me a count down and tells second nurse watch this and again tells me you’re refusing to leave I’m calling 911 theres video camera all over this place. throughout the whole time all i wanted was his name which he refused to give and never did i refuse to leave. he then yells from the chair he was sitting on because he knows its illegal to withhold name Testa. and begins to yell out the spelling and tells me Now Leave I’m calling the cops and relates my clothing description over the phone to 911 operator. i left and waited for police outside. its a shame that this Dr Testa will now bill my ghi insurance and receive compensation for services that werent rendered to me. no flu exam, no glucose exam, all of which i expressed my concerns. no physical exam but this I’m sure he will say he did just by saying inhale and exhale. no instructions on medication and how to take it and what its for. i will say this the staff (two nurses) were great but Dr Testa if it even is his real name was arrogant and rude and cares nothing for his patients but only of the money he makes with every patient i WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!! i also made claims with my insurance and the better business bureau. with all the video cameras in the facility maybe they can pull up and show all of that the 1 minute pop ups in my room and being distracted on his phone.

First let me say that the front staff is really nice. Their level of professionalism is 100%. However the doctor who saw my son, I would never recommend be in a service driven role. His attitude about my son’s medical condition was not only dismissive, but he also didn’t even have the courtesy to introduce himself or say goodbye before he walked in/​out of the room.
What a shame since it’s super convenient and very clean (well done janitorial services). But as long as the current doctor is piloting this urgent care ship, I’d be surprised if it’s around 12 – 24 months from now. I won’t be going back until an administrative change is made.

I just came back from a trip, and did not feel too well. Center’s just opened and I figured I would give them a shot. I walked in to a very friendly greeting from the medical assistant who checked my vitals and registered me. Less than 5 minutes later I was seen by a female physician who was most kind and thorough. She gave me a very detailed exam and answered all of my questions. I left with a better understanding of what was bothering me, and a great treatment plan to follow up with.
I highly recommend this practice and will be back should I fall ill again. The staff was fantastic and there was no wait.

First, the PROS:
1) super clean and spacious
2) almost never a waiting time
3) staff is always friendly and above and beyond helpful
4) nurses are very nice and especially good with children
5) they are open EVERY day until 9pm, even Sundays. that’s amazing.
6) one time I ran in there at 8:55pm because my daughter had just bumped her head. I felt bad because I knew they were about to leave but they made me feel like I wasn’t inconveniencing them

My only CON is the doctor himself. There must be more than one, but I have been under the care of the same doctor almost every visit I’ve had. I don’t especially judge doctors on bedside manner because not everyone can be super smart AND a great conversationalist. I didn’t mind that this doctor kinda rushed me or asked me the same questions twice as if he wasn’t really listening. In the past, my test results confirmed the illness I thought I had, and he was quick to give me the prescription I needed without having to wait the next day to get to my primary doctor, so it all worked out. HOWEVER, I had a really bad experience this past Saturday which is prompting this review and making me hesitant to return.
I brought my daughter in with an unexplained rash on her hands. I mentioned that 4 days prior, she had random fevers for two nights which went away with ibuprofen. The doctor looked at her hands quickly, then asked me to pull up her shirt to see if any spots were on her belly. There weren’t, which ruled out chicken pox in his mind. He put on gloves, checked her throat and said there was a small yellow bump in the back. He prescribed antibiotics for this «throat infection.» For the hand «rash,» which he said was an allergy, he told me to give Benadryll. I asked, TWICE, if this was contagious and he said no. Just keep her home a day from school to give the throat infection time to heal.
I gave her the first dose of antibiotics and Benadryll. A friend who is a former EMT saw her hands and said «That’s Coxsackie (Hand Foot Mouth Disease)» I had never heard of this. We took off my daughter’s shoes and sure enough she had blisters on her feet. We Googled some images of the disease and this also explained that sore in her throat. Since the pediatrician was closed we took her to a different urgent care center that is farther away. The doctor immediately said it was HTMD. He said to stop the antibiotics because it’s viral. Also said it’s not an allergy so no need to take Benadryll or use hydrocortisone. Finally, he said it’s super contagious, usually starts out as a fever followed a few days later by a rash on the hands, and that she would need to remain home from school an entire week, or longer if the blisters had not dried up yet. I remembered our babysitter had a bad fever three days after our daughter did. I called her up and sure enough she had blisters on her hands, feet and lips. She had no idea what was going on. I can’t even imagine if I had sent my daughter back to school and gotten other kids infected thinking I had the doctor’s clearance.
I am REALLY disappointed in the level of care we received here on this visit. When I got home, I left them a voicemail about the incident. Although it was the afternoon, the message that came on was that I had called «after hours.» Two days later and no one has called me back to apologize for the misdiagnosis.
I still give this place a «3» because that’s how nice everyone else is. The iPad area for kids is a nice touch. I do not want to leave a bad review, but I’m really upset about this doctor not taking the time to fully examine my daughter. My other times here were all satisfactory.

There is no words to describe my experience here. Service is outstanding, there is not a single form to fill out, doctors are knowledgeable and have excellent bed side manner. Staff was beyond helpful and looked very happy to be there. I have gone back since with my kids, and sent friends over. All were very happy. I forgot to mention they have and Ipad area in the waiting room for kids. I must not say it makes for the perfect babysitter.
