I’ve had a great experience with Citywide so far. I initially connected with them when trying to resolve a violation that I had with a building I manage in Brooklyn. Vinny and his team quickly resolved the issue and have taken care of all of the inspections since then. City and State rules and regulations can be a real pain to navigate so it’s been great to turn over the fire pump and sprinkler part of maze over to Citywide and not have to worry about it anymore. I’ve also seen the prices that other companies are charging and Citywide is definitely the best deal going.

BEWARE. After this company gets your signed contract… good luck getting them to answer your calls or emails. Our building employed Citywide, as they were INITIALLY very prompt in communication and getting our prelim inspection scheduled. They seemed to really want our business, and their annual fee was outstanding AFTER returning our contract, we were then told we needed a particular system installation(won’t bore you with the details) before the monthly inspections could continue.(This should have been disclosed INITIALLY in the preliminary inspection.) They had us sign an additional proposal for the work that needed to be done — INJUNE. It’s now SEPTEMBER and now they will not answer our phonecalls or emails to schedule the installation. We could not be more disappointed. Our monthly inspections are not happening, because they have not yet installed the item they told us we needed. Our building is now looking at now we can get our annual fee refunded and use a more reputable, reliable company. If looking for a fire sprinkler company, I strongly recommend researching and not settling on this company, even though their price will be probably be attractive.
