We offer private, in home Labor & Delivery Prep classes. No matter what type of birth you plan to have or where you plan to deliver chances are you will spend many hours laboring at home — so why not take classes in the comfort of your own home? Élan Vital Childbirth Education supports all women whether you plan on a natural birth or pain managed birth with a midwife or a physician — we will answer you questions and arm you with the knowledge you need to have a safe and satisfying birth. Our travel bag comes complete with all of the videos, tools, samples, and printed materials you can expect to find in the traditional group birth class setting. The class is tailored with your birth plan in mind so you receive relevant material.

History

Established in 2015.

Childbirth educator and prenatal yoga teacher, Sara Villagomez founded Élan Vital to provider a broader scope of childbirth education classes. Our classes are not exclusive to any one birth ideology, we support woman no matter what kind of birth they plan to have.

Business Owner

Sara is a mother of two happy, healthy little girls. She has been a fitness and wellness educator since 2001. In addition to her work as a childbirth educator she also teaches yoga and works as an examiner for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
