The staff is friendly and welcoming however, there is a lot of room for improvement. This store is small but cute and clean. The cut was cute however it could’ve been a LOT better. My dogs hair was uneven throughout her body and she had a bald spot on the top of her little head. Taking her back was too much trouble and I just didn’t have the time. I ended up having to even it out myself as EVERYONE kept pointing out the bald spot on her head.

I have been here 4x. The first 3x I would have given this place a 3 – 4. The women speak english (barely) but thats not even the problem they seemed to care about the animals and the work seemed good.
However the last time made me feel like they are unqualified to work with animals because mostly they arent educated on breeds enough to take care of them in proper manner.
I have a golden retriever I again brought him in multiple times but on this time I told them to cut him a little shorter than usual and they said no problem.
When i came back my poor dog was completely shaven and took on a look that was not him. I flipped out and the women told me he was hot. I said no shit its 90 out.
Everyone knows rule number 1 of goldens you dont shave them. they have 2 coats and the undercoat helps regulate body heat and it takes foooooooooorever to grow back. So now my dog has to spend the summer away from the sun, for fear of his skin burning, and away from dog runs, for fear of other dogs ripping him up just playing cause he has no fur now. I will never go back here no matter how fair there prices are. You get what you pay for

they worked on her till i got back 3 hours latter
Yolanda (my dog) loves them and she is shy but the shop is quiet and they talk to her and make her feel relaxed .
I breed Havanese, this is my new groomer !!!
the place is spotless too! owner operated makes the difference
