Unlike other contractors we do not shy away from the «Punch List» Items of any project by paying careful attention to detail prior to review of completed work types of any construction project. After completion of any work we always like to follow up to make sure completed work was done to the customers’ satisfaction.

History

Established in 2006.

M-​Azad Construction has been in business since 2006. We were part of the housing boom at the time. Since then we have moved on to bigger projects, however still tender to smaller housing projects where customer satisfaction is a must. We are a word of mouth company and will continue to do so as things keep moving.

Mandip S. is the owner of M-​Azad Construction Inc. Mandip S. is well diversified in the many aspects involved in a construction project from inception to completion. He began this business after seeing how those he worked for took shortcuts and failed to pay attention to details of the final product. Construction involves a lot of things in order for us to deliver satisfaction to customers and clientele, M-​Azad Construction was established in order to tender to the needs of customer basis and their needs, working hand in hand no matter the size of the construction project. Seeing a satisfied customer is our #1 priority.
