Terminal 7 Sapphire Lounge. Do not fear Kwami was just as slow and inefficient in October 2013. I even logged a complaint through the website but they failed to reply. It would appear that the same attitude to customer service is rife throughout the airport. I have also had rude responses from staff at terminal 4.

The bartender Kwami made me to write this review. It took me 10 minutes to get his attention while seating in front of him to get a beer. It took me another 10 minutes to have him swipe my credit card. I almost missed my flight. I’m only giving that review two starts because of previous bartender that was nice and quick. Not going to use this bar anymore until they replace the lazy and sloppy bartender.
