Le recomiendo a la gente que no valla a esta tienda estan abusando de la buena voluntad de la gente comprandole zapatos usados y te pagan con tarjetas de credito para la misma tienda cada tarjeta es de 5,00 dolares mi niño llevo 19 pares de zapatos que ya no le quedaban y nunca le dijeron que solo puede usar una tarjeta de 5,00 dolares por compra que clase de gente ase ese tipo de abusos con la buena voluntad de la gente si estan pensando en llevar zapatos para venderle a esta gente no lo aga porque van a terminar desilucionados tal y como le paso a mi niño Y TENGO QUE PONERLE UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE SI NO NO ME DEJA PONER MI COMENTARIO

Nothing exceptional nor flagrantly avoiding customer contact as other reviews pointed out regarding the sales staffs attentivness. The assistance I received was very good but my needs were few.
After a quick purchase of two tee shirts, I meandered through the men’s jacket section which had some nice cold weather options. Heck, they carry Spyder which is a long time favorite of mine for cold weather wear.
The focus or at least the flagship product appears to be on baseball caps of which they have many in every possible color combination.

Not one person offered to help. Acknowledge that a person might actually buy sneakers from there. Sadly they have the most new balance selection on Steinway street but the sales associates seemed to care more about standing around doing nothing than making sales.

I feel like I had to give 5 stars to balance out the other 2 reviews for this place. The guy who helped me was really nice and I used the Unilocal 20 $ for 40 $ deal here and saved a good chunk of change on some new Asics Tigers. Their prices on these shoes were very good to begin with, I had comparison shopped and I didn’t find anywhere that had them cheaper.

DO NOT buy anything from this store. worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Would not follow their own return policy, and have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Manager Muhammad should not be allowed to deal with people ever. Took 2 months to talk to the owner about it who I had to fight to even speak with. Shady shady. Go to foot locker
