The bread is stale. Place smells like dirty mop. Half bodega and half subway. Fresh meat. Fresh toppings. One tv. Two fans. Sandwich isn’t that good to begin with.

This Subway is more of a convenient store. There are only 2 tables for a total of eight people to sit. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with extra cucumbers, only got 2 slices extra and extra peppers, which wasn’t much in the first place. They are really cheap on toppings. I noticed when eating my sandwich it had sauce where it was sliced, therefore, showing me they aren’t clean either. It took a while to be serviced too. And there’s no bathroom for patrons. Never would come back to this location!

Really the worst service I have ever experienced! I go there at least 2 or 3 times a week, because it is close to my house and every time is like that. A lot of times they have new employees and I get it that they need time to learn, but come on. Once, there were out of pepperoni so the guy made a face as if being mad at me he has to get it from fridge. Today I told the person working there like four times that I will eat in and that I do not need a bag and in the end I just grabbed flatizza and placed it on a tray myself. And if they make a mistake with your order, they start arguing with you. I gave them many chances. They never give you your receipt and you see dozens of them all the way to the floor.

The worst service in any subway in all NY. Rude employees and poorly made sandwiches. My co-worker and I come in here every now and then due to lack of options in the area. This last time was the worst. One lady that works here really cannot put together a sandwich. Everything is falling out and if you ask for veggies she acts like it’s coming out of her fridge and she can’t spare any. Another older gentleman grunts at you to repeat your order several times — ‘huh?” «huh?» I know I speak English loud and clear so I’m not sure why I have to repeat myself so many times. He also throws together a sandwich like he’s tossing laundry into the hamper — if it weren’t for the paper they wrap the sandwiches in, you’d have a mess. Today we ordered just sandwiches and purchased water from the connected convenience store. So after spending money on two sandwiches and two drinks, we ask for a cup and they want to charge us a dollar. For a cup? My co-worker is waddling around 8 months pregnant and you’re going to charge her $ 1 for a cup? I would seriously love to know who the owner of this particular franchise is because they’ve done a crap job of hiring employees and are a huge embarrassment to the Subway Chain of restaurants.

ok cool, I thought I was the only one that experience the people working here to be kind of jackasses. I had a problem here cause one time I got here like 10:45 am for a coupon that had to be used by 11 am. It said buy a 16oz and you get a free breakfast sandwich. I forgot my phone actually on me but I knew for a fact it was not 11 am just, this jabroni behind the register said it was already 11 am. I should have called the corporate office on him as soon as I got home. I have not been a fan of this subway for other reasons too but it always good to hear when you are not the only person being wronged by someone. So I don’t plan to come here anymore, that was just stupid. I even went outside and asked someone else what time it was to 100% make sure it was not 11 am. This asshole just didn’t want to make any kind of sale that time of the morning and of course I was the only customer in there. THEN I actually thought, let me just buy a coffee then straight up but then I said fuck that. I am not giving this place any type of business at all. I guess I forgot to come torch them on Unilocal asap. Very bad service here and the place look like it was not even properly set up for business that early in the morning. There was the one jackass I was talking to, then there was another guy just standing around I guess on his phone looking half asleep as well and I knew he did not even look like he would attempt to help me get my order in either. Anyway, thanks for letting me I guess not truely get my order in that day. I bet the sandwich would have tasted awful that day anyway.

I never thought i would ever have to say this about Subway employees but… THEYNEEDTOGOBACKTOSANDWICHMAKINGTRAINING. I don’t understand how they could be so unprofessional, lazy, incompetent and, slow. The guy told me I had to wait inline for 3 cookies so I stood there and waited for 3 people to get their sandwiches made I stood there for 15 minutes or more. there were 4 workers behind the counters two making sandwiches and one at the cash register and one doing who knows what with his back turned. I had to watch them make the most messiest sandwiches I have ever seen it was pure torture standing there watching them be so incompetent. I will NEVER go to them for a sandwich after seeing how they operate especially after seeing one idiot worker throw a piece of turkey around like some retard. I hope these people get retrained or a new more efficient team gets hired.
