This place is really a scam. First of all, they ask you to pay 599.00 for consulting with them. Please take a careful look at their consulting advise and do not pay 599.00 in the beginning. There are many places in flushing that has better chance of getting loan than this place and only charges after the application is initiated. They are agents. I would recommend going directly to broker bank such as summit mortgage in queens crossing and they do not charge 3% from the loan amount. They purely take 1250. Wei xin consulting approved a loan at 8% for my friend and they said this is the best they can do basic on low Income. My friend went to summit bank and got approved at so much lower rate which Is 4.25. I hope this comment helps any first time buyers.
