WFB of New Jersey Corp is company that provides wood floor repair and refinishing services to the NYC metro area. Unfortunately their sales rep, Eric, is not available after the work begins. And it is up to the consumer, to call and call and call the company when their employees do not show up for the job, when they perform sub-standard work and when they steal the the left-over urethane that was just purchased by the customer. I do not want to sound negative but in the competitive world of wood floor refinishing companies, it is the same old story of buyer beware… beware of this overpriced company with incompetent employees.
