The Pope was in town so I left for the airport very early to avoid traffic. I ended up getting to the JetBlue terminal 3 hours early. So what’s a girl to do? Get a manicure of course! The mini-spa located in the JetBlue terminal is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The services and packages are quite pricey. An express manicure(filing and a polish change) runs around $ 29. No hand massage. They did a very good job, not a $ 29 job but a decent manicure.

After hours on a plane and a long layover this is just what I needed. Granted the place is a little spendy… it’s an airport and to be expected. They are up front with pricing and seem good about throwing in some extras. Did a 20 minute chair massage and it felt wonderful after being stuck in a crappy plane seat. Then they let me sit and nap in the massage chair until my flight started to board… score! Completely worth it and everyone was very nice. Treat yo self!!!

Can’t say anything about the massage but good luck if fadiah is on the front desk. Apparently they have a company policy where they don’t care if you are back at the given time slot. They expect you to sit in a chair waiting for 40 minutes. Even if you are willing to spend $ 175 for a massage. But it’s mostly the attitude. I hope the massages are better than the way they treat potential customers. I get it it’s an airport and u don’t think you see me ever again. If i Would be the Owner i would think twice about who I let welcome my customers.

I stopped by to get a hand mask for my flight & the Nail Tech(whom the star is for) was the only one to greet me. She asked if I needed assistance & gave me options while being personable & professional. The sales associates tried to upsale me on an entire box. Kudos to her for trying. As I was checking out the services they offer, the black corporate storm came through. RUDE. I hope the were STRICTLY marketing. No greetings were given, no smiles, no basic customer service skills. So I walked away. If I were to get my nails done or a massage I would feel like I was intruding. I hope my experience here is just a poor reflection of upper management & not a company standard.

Very relaxing quickie massage while waiting to board our flight. The ladies had firm pressure the whole time and were nice enough to cover us up in soft blankets while they worked on us. The massage chairs were quite comfy.

Wonderfully relaxing change of polish, done by the kindest woman. I had about 30 minutes before my flight — on my way to Chicago for a funeral. This was a little«pick me up» that I’m so glad I treated myself to. The lounge chairs you sit in have a WONDERFUL massage feature! The Manager is great at her job and my my nail tech(Mei Lin?) was very mindful of my time. Get to T5 early and if there’s an available spot — take it!!! Thank you.

Had a great 20 minute back and neck massage with Patrick today. My neck was killing me after sleeping on a bad hotel bed, and this was just what I needed. A little pricey, but worth every penny.
