What can be said about this company is simple. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, from plumbing, heating and general construction, this one is the worst. Started the job nearly a year late, excuses after excuses to even get started. The work was delayed over and over and when finished, after a bunch of lies, found the shoddiest workmanship I have ever seen! Leaks that continued for over a year, gutters pitched in the wrong direction. Boards screwed into a roof (who does that!!). Not even a handle to a door could be done correctly. Two court appearances and boom he disappears. We have paid 3 separate contractors to fix this clowns horrible work and even had the parent company send an additional worker to fix the sunroom installation he botched. Stay far far away from this company and owner, Rick Rainbow!

Worst. I repeat WORST experience ever. Lies and excuses were the things I heard most-​WHEN I heard from this contractor. Phone messages not returned, emails, texts, too many attempts with no responses. Unfinished work, damages to property and too many other things to possibly list. Shoddy work, poor communication and damages requiring hiring another contractor to fix-​despite the numerous times being told I have a «20 year warranty with robins nest home improvements». A lot of good it does when no calls or communication attempts are returned. Sad excuse for a contractor and worse for the industry.
