Dishonest, they give you a quote and by the time you pick it up they fixed something else without permission and inflated the price in double. BEWARE what you sign, they allow them to do anything they want !!
BAD BAD BAD!!! STAY AWAY.

Now that I’ve been to this place, I strongly suspect other 5-​star reviews on this business are all fake!!!
Had my van’s body fixed up and detailed here last month.
The cost was over top to say the least. The most frustrating thing is the guy refused to give me a straight answer of how much and how long it would take.
I had a gut feeling that he was lying to me about the damage at the beginning but since I was in a rush to get out of the country for a business trip, I ignored my gut and left the van with him. But Oh boy, I should have trusted my intuition!
Besides, what kind of businesses refuse to take checks and credit/​debit cards? Clearly trying to avoid income taxes!
The receptionist/​secretary was also extremely rude and snappy. She acted as though I was owing them something while I was just trying to get a receipt for the money I paid.
Shady people.
Stay away at all cost!!!

Bad service. Very expensive. That store charges $ 75/​day to leave the car there without doing anything and others stupid fees. I will never come back there.

I worked here back in high school 20 years ago. Have had a few family cars worked on here.
Great family run business they treat there customers like there #1.

I had my husband truck detailed by them. it came out amazing. looks like brand new. smells s soooo good. they cleaned it so good, nobody will tell that we have 2 large dogs who are riding in it. there is not even a one piece of dog fur left in it. I highly recommend them.

I can not recommend these folks enough! I had damaged the front bumper cover on my car and was certain it was going to need to be replaced. I spoke to the owner and he told me he could fix the damage for… well I don’t want to say but it was CHEAP! I asked him when he could do the work and he asked if I could leave the car NOW. I had to leave the car the next day and it was done that day. When I went to pick it up it was actually less than he quoted and looked better than before the accident. Great people to deal with!

Just picked up my car today — VERY satisfied with the results — they were all very nice, dealt with my insurance company, got more money to fix it up perfectly. Arranged for Hertz to pick me up at their place and bring me to Hertz to get my rental car. It did take a while to fix it but I didn’t care, I have rental insurance on my car (why anyone wouldn’t is beyond me — well worth the $ 35). I drove around in a brand new car for 3 weeks — was fine by me. Now my car is as good as new, drives better than it did before the accident! Split the difference with the deductible too. Some idiot hit me in the commuter rail parking lot and didn’t leave their information so I was stuck with $ 500 deductible. They also detailed the car inside and out. Color me HAPPY!
