We pre-ordered a dozen of head-sized color balloons and one large heart balloon with helium for wedding party. Then we picked up on Saturday evening. Around Sunday night, already found the head-sized balloons dropped around the floor level, and many already seen with wrinkles around mouth/opening(viewable in a photo I uploaded). Usually such helium balloons should last more than a day.

So glad I pre scouted my decorations for my son’s party. NOT all Party City stores are created equal. I came to this location 2 weeks ago and found everything I was going to need for lil mans party. Having to get other party supplies we tried a Party City in Weymouth and they didn’t have half of the things I found at this location. Not only is this location super friendly and organized, they do «free helium fill» somedays for the larger balloons. Even if you buy the day they have the deal, you can come back another day with the receipt and they will fill your balloons. Great if your buying supplies(on sale!!!) today for a party next week. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the last 3 times I have come, there is literally 1 thing on my list that they are either out of or have stopped selling. But overall I am very happily satisfied when I purchase my party supplies here.

Love this iParty store! Especially near Halloween! It’s always stocked with tons of fun things. It’s in a great location and easy to get in and out of of! They have tons of party supplies, too. I love coming here when I have game nights. I always find the the best things to make my parties shine! Tons of parking… and they always have great things on a discount shelf!

I had a great experience at this store. I was balloon weary, needing to get a passel of balloons for an event the following day. The staff proved helpful, especially after telling me that the balloons would only last 12 hours. I could rent a helium tank, which would save the trouble of filling up the gaggle, and then bringing them on the subway. They actually had one in stock which, upon reserving, went back to get balloons, ribbons, and a Superman costume. If you saw a Superman at the Dorchester Day Parade, I outfitted him here at the iParty. He was the last costume left that would fit a medium sized adult and wasn’t disgracefully rascist. I ended up chatting with one of the staff girls, and it turns out her father ran an ice cream truck during the event. I ended up seeing her a few days later when I went to return the tank, and asking about it. She seemed surprised I remembered, but then we started discussing the finer points of parade making. I returned the tank, and they returned my security deposit AND were able to process the nonprofit certificate I had forgotten my first time out there. The one lost star is because the balloon girls in the balloon area had far more attiude than needed for filling helium tanks and answering questions.

I love Party stores! They’re just so… … festive. Especially this IParty. I walk in and it makes me want to throw a party. and there’s so many themes here to choose from. I usually come here to buy helium balloons, face paint for the kiddies at my church, or plastic plates and silverware products for BBQ’s and gatherings. It’s fairly organized and the employees are super helpful. It’s a party store so the prices are a bit high for things that you can really just find at Walmart. But, they do have fun stuff!

This iParty is stocked pretty well. There’s a great selection of party items(including an impressive selection of pinatas!) The place is a bit overwhelming, but everything is pretty well organized. The employees were friendly and helpful — though my one gripe is my checkout experience, which went something like this: Cashier: Find everything you need today? Me: Yes. Thanks. [Cashier rings up my stuff] Cashier: Would you like to donate a dollar for the sick kids at Boston Medical Center? Me: Uh… ok. Alright — I donate for these things pretty frequently. It’s a dollar and it’s good juju, but when you ask a customer if they want to «donate for the sick kids» who’s gonna say no? Eesh.
