So get this, my regular internist wanted to send the obgyn info — the obgyn at this place was horrid on the phone and would not listen! ugh. last time there. docs need to talk to each other. not put patients in the middle.

As far as a lady-bits doctor goes, this place made me feel totally comfortable. It’s a sweet little old house near Wollaston Beach. The reception area is where you enter and the examination rooms are upstairs. The front desk staff and nurses are always very friendly and chatty — I found them to be attentive and polite. I go to see Dr. Laura Baecher-Lind — she’s incredible. She is patient, thorough, and easy to relate to — I feel like I’m in good hands with her and I never feel rushed or embarrased. I have never waited long periods of time for my appointment and am always able to make an appointment when needed. I’d easily recommend her and Pratt to other women and mothers-to-be!

So I was terrified to try this place because of the review, but am so glad that I did. The management has changed, the doctors are all helpful, non judgmental women. The staff is always beaming and very accommodating they work to get you in as soon as possible. I got in within two days. When I came for my appointment I was me by a lovely nurse who was chatty but not annoying and did her best to convey my symptoms to the doctor and make me feel comfortable. Then the doctor came in — talked to me for about 30 minutes and then left and came back in 5 minutes and did my well woman’s. The thing I like most about this place is that NOONE judges you or your activities. Having a problem? Don’t blush about it or worry about because they don’t care and just want to help you through what’s going on. I really enjoyed the new doctors and am definitely going to make this my new gyno.
