AVOIDATALLCOSTS. I went there once and waited with my boyfriend for 30+ minutes to get our food when there was only one person in front of us and 8 workers behind the counter. They were incredibly rude and screwed up half the order. Plus the food was the grossest thing we’d ever seen so we decided not to eat any of it and went down the road to chipotle instead. Such a bummer since we both love Taco Bell, but this one deserves –10 stars.

The service at this Taco Bell is about as bad as it gets. You’re better off just skipping your meal entirely and going to bed hungry.

if i could give –10(NEGATIVE ten stars), i would. the woman at the window is RUUUUUUUUUDE and I’ve been there twice and twice she’s gotten my order wrong. then she blames ME. omg. this place is a nightmare. DOYOURSELF A FAVOR and stay as far away as you can.

Let’s talk about the service here. The service is «What do you want», «what else», and«here»… The employees here are horrible, every single one of them. No greetings. No manners. No «thanks, have a nice day». They do this all without a beat, every time i come here it’s like that. Even though the service is terrible, the food here isn’t bad. I actually like the food here. Cheesy gordita crunch, my favorite on the menu. Potato wedges from the KFC menu is also a favorite. Make sure when you order your food in the drive thru, double check all the items in the bag. Almost half of the time they will forget something or give you the wrong item.

It’s actually a KFC-Tacobell 2-in-one. Their hard and softshell tacos are comparable to snacks, rather than dishes. The hard shells become soggy if not eaten immediately(within 15 minutes). You will notice there’s the layer of warm beef on the bottom, then a distinct layer of cold lettuce and cheese on the top. To top it off, they have a large supply of sauce packets.

They never have any new items. They still don’t have many older items either. If you go inside, your wait is at least 5 times longer than if you go to the drive through. And the inside is tiny, you’ll be lucky to get a seat. Along with the people working here, very charming… I really love Taco Bell, but this place is fucking terrible.

This is a Taco Bell, people, what do you expect when you come here? This being a combination makes it better. The people’s personality that work here make it best.

Just closed on me mid service because it hit 1Am. Pulled up to the window at 1:01 am and the girl at the register was counting the money shaking her head saying«were closed why are you sitting there» didnt look me in the face just looked away. Clear customer service doesn’t matter at this taco bell.

This establishment has the most incompetent staff I have ever met. Any day of the week, you will always wait at least ten minutes in line even if you’re the only customer there. Recently, after waiting in line 15 minutes(a new record!) while they messed up someone else’s order, they messed up mine too. I asked for the new Country AM Crunch wrap and the clerk said«Country?» as if she never heard the word before. I pointed at the poster in the window and said«This one. The one with GRAVY.» She nodded her head as she took a clear shot in the dark entering the order. Naturally, I then received the wrong item. I was going to demand my money back or have them attempt to serve me correctly, but they are so pathetically inept I actually felt sorry for them and left

One star because I just ate three tacos from the drive though and now I smell like a taco. Another star because I got twice as much fire sauce as I needed. Another star because I couldn’t understand a word that was said over the speaker but I still got tacos. Minus a star because I wanted the fiery red shells. I think mine were orange. How many colors do they have? Add another star because I don’t want people to see too many two star reviews from me and think I’m a pr*ck. Yeah, I act like one online, and I smell like a taco, but at least I have a heart. Right?

I like the prices, sometimes though the customer service is horrible. Use to be bad food, but seems to have gotten better. Few workers there in drive thru can’t speak or understand English well. One or two workers there, just don’t give a f – k. I like to eat Taco Bell over other fast food, the price, and selection. That’s why I give it four stars, hit or miss sme times.

I’ll give two stars — one for friendly service and another for the food meeting expectations at a Colonel Sanchez(Taco Bell/KFC Combo). Inside the restaurant, the place is kind of filthy. Today the ice machine was broken. And for the first time in a dozen or so visits they messed up my order(they forgot the cookie with the $ 5 fill-up meal). Listen — I don’t have high expectations when I come to this place, but they need to clean up their act. There are myriad fast food options in Quincy, some of which are open 24⁄7. Don’t be too humble — you’re not that good. As for as new menu items, I like the new $ 1 menu. I’ve tried the Frito Burrito and the shredded chicken quesadilla. Good stuff.

It’s small and gets packed quick so be ready. It takes some time for your food to come out, but there is plenty of seating. We haven’t eaten here in a long time and wanted to try the breakfast menu. It’s exactly what I thought it would be, breakfast for a one handed pro. We ordered 1 of each of the breakfast items to test all. The Cinnabon bites are deliciousness wrapped in a ball of carb-ness. We have to drive here from Dorchester but its usually worth it. taco bell is reserved for weekends in my house but with it being summer we might have to add 1 weekday for breakfast when we’re on the go.

When I am galavanting in the Quincy region, and have a hankering for a waffle filled with sausage and egg, I slip quietly into Taco Bell of Quincy, Massachusetts. Their fine waffle breakfast sandwiches fill me with joy. Shally, the head cashier, serves me with a smile, even when I sheepishly order a third waffle taco. She makes the shame almost tolerable. Thanks Taco Bell, for all you do. Can you open an hour earlier? Thanks

I’ve never stepped a foot inside of this taco bell, now maybe that’s why I haven’t received such bad customer service as my fellow Unilocalers have. The only time I come to this taco bell is late at night when I’m too lazy to get out of the car. It’s taco bell… I don’t expect the food to be 5 stars but it’s good for what it is. Never had upset stomach the next day or dealt with rude employees; I just tell them what I want and go on about my business. It’s not the best place and not the worst. It’s just good for what it is.

Haha! Getting a good laugh out of all the reviews on this place. Haven’t been here in over a year(maybe 2 years). I stopped going because they were rude to me at the drive thru. I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. It actually happened 3 times in about a year. I probably only went 3 times in a year, so I was 3 for 3. They also run out of chicken. Gotta love this place! I would love to know who the owner of this franchise is.

This place is so bad! The service sucks I mean I know you work at Taco Bell but take a little bit of pride in what you do! I have had a somewhat embarrassing retail job also, but tried my best! Every time we get cinna twists they are either rock hard or have no cinna on them! Food is just eh, I know it’s just Taco Bell but it isn’t that good. The lady in front of me wanted a bucket of chicken. They didn’t have all the pieces so asked if it would be okay if they could charge her extra for a bad bucket. The wait is always super long. Drive to a closer one this one sucks!

Terrible place. I refuse to go here when my friends want Taco Bell. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid it. The staff is terrible. A clerk once fought with me over my order that she got wrong, insisting that I was wrong and that she«doesn’t want to argue with me». It is insanely slow to the point where cars will be pouring into the city street because the drive-thru is so backed up. The eat-in area is a joke. There are maybe three tables, which are always in use. If you do, however, have the misforutnthey are all awkward to sit at due to the strange elevation they have them set at. There is nothing redeeming about this place.

I am tempted to recommend eating here if you really want to poop. On the flip side, you may just wind up with a megazord of constipation. It’s a crap-shoot.
