Tried to rent an apartment in a large, managed building through Elizabeth Wong with V&E. She responded to my initial email by asking if I was free on a particular weekday (I was). But when I tried to set up a time to view the apartment, she ignored all of my attempts to contact her. Zero stars, would not email again.

Tried renting a house through them. Took 2 days to get a response, and left 4 voicemails asking for a call back. Instead of a call back, the agent never responded to any of my questions, and the place was rented the next day. Awful experience, don’t let them jerk you around. If they don’t care enough to get back to potential clients, go somewhere else that will, there are plenty of real estate companies out there.
