I live close by to this store so I am at it often for various items. Normally the staff is very friendly and helpful. Today chAnged my experience. I bought milk there yesterday and when I got home I realized it was expired by 5 days. I went back the next day and the manager told me without a receipt or Walgreens card there was nothing he could do. Now I understand this is policy. But think about it. Do you really think I have this milk hustle where I take a sip and bring it back 7 days
Later for free sips of milk? What happened essentially is that you lost a regular customer out of «policy» when you could have given me an even exchange and I would continue to come there EVERY MORNING «. The two stars are for Cheryl. She’s a sweetheart. Make her a manager.

The aisles are too tight as they are at all Walgreens, but the parking lot situation is somewhat better here than at some. There was also a new cute pharmacist, eye candy is always a plus.

Very unprofessional people running this store, should take a few management classes, i will take my business to cvs until they can get some peeps in there that know what they are doing, this is for the store only, pharmacy is great

This is an average pharmacy/​store but like the other posters have commented, the staff here is what really gives it four stars. I’ve never met staff there who aren’t a step above acceptable levels of service. The store is clean and well lit, though I will admit some things seem pretty hard to find, or the store layout isn’t intuitive.

I go here all the time and thought I’d review it. Yes, it’s crowded. But, there’s plenty of parking, some of the staff are really nice and helpful (Winnie) and the pharmacy is efficient and accurate. The managers even replaced a pricey thermometer that malfunctioned even though I no longer had receipt or packaging. My dau was sick and I didn’t want to shell out another 50 bucks, so that was a huge help! Only prob that I’ve run into is that the pharmacy closes early in summer, special hours, which left me hanging, but now I know. Glad to have it so closeby… wish the D. Donuts at the plaza was better it would save me an extra stop!
